THE GETAWAY: SOUTHWESTERN AMERICA

Exploring the expanse of the desert on quads, kayaking through the canyons in Lake Powell, and hiking to the peak of Angel’s Landing in Zion NP just to catch a glimpse of one of the most breathtaking views in the United States. This trip started in Salt Lake City, toured all through Utah, Arizona, and Nevada, ending in Las Vegas only a few days later.

Best of the best of my trip: Hiking The Narrows at Zion NP (must), catching the sunset over Bryce Canyon, hiking to Angel’s Landing at Zion NP, swimming in the emerald waters of the Virgin River, riding quads through the desert and ripping through the sand dunes, having a Najavo native guide you through Antelope Canyon, catching the sunset of Horseshoe Bend of the Grand Canyon, kayaking Lake Powell through the canyons and cliff jumping off shore, viewing the Grand Canyon, and of course, VEGAS.

Top stops include: Zion National Park, UT, Bryce Canyon, UT, Lake Powell, UT/AZ, Upper Antelope Canyon, UT, Grand Canyon, AZ.

God I never wanted to leave.
