the new york times is a.ok

courtesy of the lovely karin nelson, a.ok had a great write up in the new york times this past weekend.
spreading the word people!

‘with its ample supply of moody, somewhat amorphous clothing, Oak tends to cater to experimental individuals. A.OK, its cleverly named new auxiliary shop, is decidedly more accessible. Housed in the basement of the Oak boutique in NoHo, and in the back of the Williamsburg shop, it is stocked with playful, predominantly 1980s-leaning pieces (some vintage and some from lesser-known designers): cotton bandage dresses, denim button-downs, Indian beaded clutches, Guatemalan jazz shoes. Best yet, prices top out at $275.’

a.ok moved to williamsburg for the month of july
