OAK MOVIE NIGHT: KIDS

FINALFLIERSBOYSKIDS

As we continue to keep the spirit of summer alive, OAK is proud to announce our summer screening series: OAK Movie Night. In theme with the season, we’ll be showing one of our favorite summer films every Tuesday evening in The Outdoor Garden at Wythe Hotel. First up is our screening of Larry Clark’s Kids, co-sponsored by Soundhouse and Killer Films. With the NYC summer serving as a backdrop, Kids takes viewers on a harrowing journey through the lives of unsupervised and unrestrained urban youths. Featuring then-unknown actors Chloe Sevigny and Rosario Dawson, and first-time screenwriter Harmony Korine, Kids remains controversial and influential to this day. Join us Tuesday July 9th at 8:30 PM as we kick off our screening series, and check oaknyc.com every Wednesday morning for the announcement of the following week’s film.
