OFF THE WALL: FLAVOR AT MOFAD

Processed with VSCOcam with c1 preset

Yesterday, we had the chance to check out the recently opened Museum of Food and Drink aka MOFAD, situated on the quiet Bayard St. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The museum’s current exhibit called Flavor: Making It & Faking It, explores how natural flavor becomes a synthetic process for the everyday food and snacks we consume. The exhibit is complete with taste stations and interactive activities that engage the senses.
