Yesterday you met the staff at OAK DTLA, today get to know the crew at 7228 Beverly Blvd. as they tell you their favorite spots to hang out in LA, how they describe their personal style, and more.

Amanda

Name: Amanda

What is your go-to OAK piece for the summer?
I love the Side Pleat Box Tee! It’s so easy to pair with denim and it looks more elevated than a simple t-shirt.

What are your favorite spots to hang out in the city?
Being from Seattle, I am a huge coffee fanatic. I currently frequent Coffee Commissary in Weho, Intelligentsia in Silverlake, and Classic Downtown. On the weekend you can usually find me out in West Hollywood; I love Gracias Madre for dinner and Laurel Hardware or the Surly Goat for drinks.

What song best describes you this summer?
“Here” by Alessia Cara.

Favorite place to go when you need to get out of the city?
I spend at least 1 day a week in Hermosa Beach. I love the small, surf-town vibe down there. I usually run a few miles on the sand and then spend some time reading at my favorite organic cafe, Source… that sounds way more pretentious written out that I was intending… whoops!

How would you describe your style?
My style is pretty simple. I hardly ever wear color and I lean towards fairly classic sillohettes. Clean t-shirts, structured jackets and denim… can’t go wrong there!

Travis

Name: Travis

What is your go-to OAK peice for the summer?
The Short Sleeve Crew tucked into anything.

What are your favorite spots to hang out in the city?
If it’s eating, Gracias Madre on the Westside. If it’s social, I enjoy warehouse parties in dingy parts of Downtown.

What song best describes you this summer?
“Antidote” by Travis Scott.

Favorite place to go when you need to get out of the city?
I don’t need to go far, probably the Arboretum in Pasadena. It’s acres of gardens and open fields, it’s nice to walk around there for awhile.

How would you describe your style?
I’m going for that 19th Century Japanese fisherman vibe… Oversized pants pulled up Urkel style, cinched with a belt, and tucked in shirts. Tucking in my shirt is a must right now.

What is your go-to OAK piece for the summer?
The Long Tees are my favorite. I usually wear them with dropped pieces and it compliments them so well.

What are your favorite spots to hang out in the city?
I would definitely say the John Ferrero building in downtown L.A. I’ve never been inside the building but the outside area has one of the best views of the city while still actually being in downtown.

What song best describes you this summer?
“Gettin’ Live” by Griz.

Favorite place to go when you need to get out of the city?
I go to a lot of festivals that are usually out of the city. The last recent festival was lighting in a bottle which was at San Antonio Recreation Area in Bradley. It was a 5 day burner party in the middle of a dried up lake. Fun times.

How would you describe your style?
If it looks good and I love it then I have to have it.

Randi

Name: Randi

What is your go-to OAK peice for the summer?
Tornado Dress!

What are your favorite spots to hang out in the city?
Idle Hour & The Federal in Noho are da best.

What song best describes you this summer?
“Human Qualities” by Explosions in the Sky

Favorite place to go when you need to get out of the city?
Leo Carrillo Beach to watch the pups play in the sand.

How would you describe your style?
Lame, wish I could own all the Zana Bayne leather in the world. Until then, the color black and sweet with a little hint of crazy.
