IN THE HOOD: MILK & ROSES IN GREENPOINT

While the winter has been pretty mild so far in NYC, the cold is coming, and it’s coming fast. It’s that time of year where when staying in isn’t an option, we like to find a warm, and inviting spot to hang out. Luckily, Milk & Roses exists. Open for brunch and dinner, the Manhattan Avenue restaurant has a comfortable yet curated interior that includes a wall of books, a baby grand piano, red leather couches, and a bright indoor backyard, which is welcoming on even the coldest of days — Not to mention, their Gorgonzola burger is now one of our favorites in town.
