Avant-garde NY-based Sally LaPointe returns for its second season here at Oak. The line can be distilled into three key elements: “Modern, in terms of the shapes and simplicity. Feminine, because I think it’s still important to look like a woman. And aggressive—because it’s bold.” Exaggerated shoulders, long silhouettes, and molded peplums carve out and accentuate the body's feminine shape. Fall 2011 draws inspiration in particular from photo processing. During her NYFW runway show, all the looks were sent out in the order in which pigments emerge during photo processing.

Sleeve leather panels feature full length riri zippers and ribbed jersey gussets. Two Riri zipper vertical welt pockets at front. Slightly nipped waist. Collarless.
