Domestic (usa) shipping policy:
oak offers free shipping on all domestic/u.s orders by ups ground only on orders at or over $100. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 days to new york and outlying cities and can be anywhere from 4-5 to the west coast. we do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on friday usually ship out on monday. please note that while UPS ground is fast and usually ships next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. if you require a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase upgraded shipping options at an additional charge.
International shipping policy:
Please note that this offer does not include international orders. currently oak ships internationally using USPS (united states postal service) with a $38 flat rate priority mail. typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. in transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.
please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price oak charges, and are billed by your country’s customs department upon arrival. as a helpful tip, we have found customers are less likely to be charged duties and taxes on multiple smaller orders as opposed to one large order, but it varies by country.
